CHAPTER 2 TROUBLESHOOTING

7000 Series T72XW Indicators Service Manual

1. Remove the SD card from the indicator and insert into a computer.

2. Download T72XW software HEX file from DMX, un-zip it and copy the file to the root

folder of the SD card. You can locate the firmware under '7000 Series Indicator-T72XW'



'Service'



'Service Tools'.

3. Change the file name to "T72Xxxx' where "xxx" can be number from 001 to 999.

Example as below in the SD card.

4.  Insert back the SD card to the terminal.
5.  Power ON the terminal.
6.  Enter into terminal menu: OPERATOR MENU =>SETUP=> Maintenance => Install SW

Update

you will be able to select the software version from the SD card.
