troubleshooting guide
Before contacting your after sales service, perform the following basic checks. If you cannot solve the
problem by following the instructions below, contact your store.
SYMPTOMS POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The micro hi-fi
system won’t turn
on.
The unit’s plug is not connected. Plug the unit into a mains socket.
The mains socket is not powered.
Plug another device into the same mains
socket to perform a cross test.
No sound.
The volume is set to the minimum or is
disabled.
Adjust the volume.
Briefly press the
button or the
VOL+ or VOL- buttons to reactivate the
volume.
The wrong source is selected.
Select the correct audio source by pressing
the
button several times.
Malfunction.
The micro hi-fi system is operating
abnormally or emitting an unusual sound.
Unplug the unit for 30 minutes. After 30
minutes, turn the micro hi-fi system back
on.
The remote control
is not working.
The remote control is too far away from
the micro hi-fi system. Bring the remote control closer to the
unit.
There is an obstacle between the remote
control and the unit. Remove any obstacles between the two
elements.
The battery is low.
Replace the battery. Refer to the
“Remote Control - Inserting the
batteries” section on page 9.
The USB media
does not play.
The wrong source is selected.
Select the USB source by pressing the
button several times.
The audio format is incorrect.
Check that the audio formats are
compatible with this unit (MP3/WMA).
The removable device is not detected.
Unplug the removable device and plug
it back in.
The Bluetooth
*
connection cannot
be established.
Your audio source is not in pairing mode.
Consult the user manual for your audio
source for more details.
Make sure that the micro hi-fi system and your Bluetooth* device are within 8 meters
of each other and that no walls or electronic devices are interfering with transmission.
