1.2 - REFERENCE NORMATIVE
- The machine and its safety components have been
manufactured in compliance with the directives
indicated in the declaration of conformity.
1.3 - DESCRIPTION OF THE SYMBOLS
Many accidents are caused by a poor knowledge of
and by a non compliance with the safety regulations
to put into practice dur ing the functioning and
maintenance works to be done on the machine.
In order to avoid any accidents, read understand
and follow
all the warnings and cautions contained
in this booklet and those written on the plates located
on the machine.
To identify the saf ety messages included in this
booklet, following symbols have been used:
DANGER
This symbol is used in the saf ety messa ges
contained in the booklet in case of potential danger
situations or possibility to cause serious injuries or
dead.
ATTENTION
This symbol is used in the saf ety messages of the
booklet for any danger situation that, if disregarded,
may cause small or moderate injuries or damages.
The message can be used also in case of danger
situations that may cause damages to the machine.

IMPORTANT
This symbol is used in case of precautionary
measures to be taken in order to avoid any operation
that ma y reduce the lif e of the mac hine or f or
important communication to the operator.
DANGER
For clarity reasons, some illustrations of this booklet
show the mac hine without safety guar ds. DO NOT
USE THE MACHINE WITHOUT SAFETY GUARDS.
1.4 - COMPOSITION OF THE MACHINE
Pizza forming machines are the result of a several years’
experience.
• The machine consists of a bear ing metal w ork
structure, which houses a lower dish lifting reduction
gear, a fix ed dish placed on the upper side of the
machine, a lo werable plastic top , electr ic and
electronic components to control the machine
functioning.
• Depending on the model, the upper machine dish is
available either splayed or flat.
• Depending on the model, the diameter of the dishes
is from 30 cms to 50 cms.
• The machine can be equipped with an optional trailer-
mounted base.
