7.6 Using USB memory and Memory cards
1. Connect the device to the power supply.
2. Switch the device on.
3. Press the SOURCE button to change to DVD mode.
4. Insert the USB memory stick into the USB port or insert the SD/MMC/MS card into the SD card
slot (see the images below).
(Prior to connecting the device, make sure that the USB memory stick or the SD card contains
files.)
5. Press the Card button to access the desired playback mode (DVD, USB, SD/MMC, MS). The
default setting is DVD. The following display appears on the screen:
6. Press the

buttons to select the folder and confirm your selection using the ENTER button.
7. Press the
▲▼
buttons to select the desired file and start playback using PLAY .
8. Press to the STOP button to stop playback. Playback can now be continued again from the
beginning of the current file. Press the ◄ button to return to the folder menu.
The screen display varies according to the content of the USB stick and the SD/MMC/MS
card.
Once you are finished with the playback, remove the USB plug or the SD/MMC/MS card.
The device then returns to DVD mode.
