[Generate new lenses]
button is clicked, the
previously defined series of contact lens data is
created and the function is ended.
More than one series can be created for a single lens
type.
[Quit]
cancels the function without creating a series.

The generation of soft lens geometries corresponds
to that of rigid geometric data, except that fewer
parameters must be given.
