11.3.2 Replacing the Fuse
You can replace a blown fuse.
Note:
Function loss due to incorrect fuse

Only use the fuse specified in the parts list (order 05100170).

Turn the Binoptometer® 4P off, sec. 9.8, page 35 .

Unplug the power cord.

Unplug the power cord from the Binoptometer® 4P.

Press the latches on the sides (1) together.

Pull the fuse holder (3) out.

Replace the blown fuse.
A blown fuse is indicated by burnt-out filaments (4).

Insert the fuse holder (3). Make sure it fits properly. The pin (2) must
fit in the recess.

Connect the Binoptometer® 4P to the mains.
You can now turn on the Binoptometer® 4P and start doing exams.
