CONFIGURING THE SYSTEM

INSTALLING RAM MODULES

OCTEK Hippo-SX   has   eight   sockets   for   SIMM

modules.     Whenever   you   add   memory   to   the

motherboard,   install   four   modules   at   the   same   time.
Also   make   sure   that   the   chips   on   the   modules   face

towards   CPU.     The   modules   should   be   locked   by   the
sockets.     Please   check   carefully   before   turning   on   the

power.  Otherwise, the system will not work properly.
