9.6 Cleaning
Protect the appliance from dust and dirt during
the construction phase. A large plastic sack is pro-
vided for this. A moist cloth is sufficient to care for
the plastic and metal parts. Do not use scouring or
dissolving cleaning agents.
10 Environment and recycling
Please ensure that your heat pump system oper-
ates in an energy saving manner. The Ochsner Cus-
tomer Service offers regular servicing for this.
Incorrect disposal of the refrigerant
can lead to considerable environ-
mental damage and is a punishable
offence!
10.1 Disposing of the packaging
The heat pump's transport packaging consists of
recyclable raw materials. Packaging should thus
be sorted and recycled. The disposal of the
transport packaging is undertaken by the special-
ist company that installed the equipment. ARA Li-
cence No. 7910
10.2 Decommissioning
All live connections are to be discon-
nected from the power supply by a spe-
cialist before decommissioning.
Appliances which contain refrigerant may only be
decommissioned by an authorised specialist firm
(cooling/air-conditioning/heating). The refriger-
ant resp. brine fluid is to be evacuated/removed
correctly by the specialist firm and recycled rsp.
disposed of.
Incorrect disposal of the refrigerant can
lead to considerable environmental dam-
age and is a punishable offence!
10.3 Disposal of the appliance
The disposal of the decommissioned
heat pump should be carried out accord-
ing to regional environmental regula-
tions and standards at regional waste collection
points.
The heat pump components may not be dis-
posed of as household waste!
