When the system is connected, the

Connect to LTMS
”
button will be GREEN
and the text will change to “Disconnect LTMS”
.
•
Let the system warm up for 45 minutes or more.
•
Ensure the water inlet tube is installed in a vessel of clean water. The clean water should be as clean as possible, distilled or
RO water is preferred.
•
If using the system fluid handling, press the
“
Sample to Water
”
Button.

Repeat 3 times to ensure a clean flow-cell.
•
If not using the system fluid handling, ensure there is clean water in the flow-cell or cuvette.
•
Press
“
Calibrate
”
