Changing the document name

To change the document name

The name of the saved document can be changed.

Select the document to be renamed.

Touch [Edit Name].

The current name appears beside “Document Name”. Type in the new 
name.

Touch [OK].

Note 

The document name is the name of the file sent by e-mail or to an FTP or 
SMB server. Specify a document name according to the routing condi-
tions of the destination server.
The document name can also be changed when the document is sent.
