Removing the LED

The LED chip is attached to the 
base plate with thermal transfer 
film.

During the LED replacement, be 
careful not to scratch the yellow 
surface of the LED or the base 
plate with the tool.

After removing the LED chip, 
the thermal transfer film remains 
mostly on the base plate. Before 
installing a new LED chip, the 
old thermal transfer film 

must

 be 

removed from the base plate. 

By turning with a screwdriver, 
carefully loosen the LED chip 
and then remove.
