OBH Nordica Hand Blender with mini-chopper and whisk
Before use
Before the hand blender is taken into use for the first time, please read the instruction manual
thoroughly and keep it for future use.
Wipe the hand blender with a moist cloth before use.
The appliance mashes, blends, whips, and chops foods fast and easy. Well suited for e.g.
sauces, soups, dressing, dietetic food and baby food, cocktails, sorbet ice, etc., for chopping
nuts and similar and for whipping e.g. cream.
The hand blender is used with the enclosed cup but can be used in any bowl, jug or pot. Be
careful when using the hand blender in a bowl or pot due to potential splashing. When using
the hand blender directly in a pot, remove the pot from the stove to prevent the hand blender
from overheating (max 75-80° C) from the hot base of the pot.

it engages (you hear a click sound) and the blender is correctly positioned.
Apply the plug
to a power socket and switch on. Make sure that the power cord does not get in the way.
Lower the hand blender into the ingredients before you switch it on in order to avoid splashing.
