Safety instructions
1. Read the instruction manual carefully before use and
save it for future use.
2. Plug the appliance to a household outlet of 100-240V
only, and use the appliance only for the intended use.
3. Always unplug the appliance from the mains supply, if
the appliance does not work properly, when not in use,
and before cleaning and maintenance.
4. Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
5. This appliance can be used by children from the age of 8
and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience/knowledge, if they
have been given supervision or instructions concerning
the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
6. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance. Children are not always able to
understand potential risks. Teach children a responsible
handling of electrical appliances.
7. Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by
children under the age of 8 and always under supervision.
8. Check that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the
table.
9. The appliance should only be used under supervision.
10. WARNING! Never use the appliance with wet or humid
hands, above a wash basin, bathtub or similar. Do not
place the appliance on a wet or humid surface.
11. If you use the appliance in the bathroom, always unplug
after use, as proximity to water could be dangerous, even
if the appliance has been switched off.
