• Be careful and observant when you cook food with lots of fat.
Grill plate
• The grill plate can be used for meat, fish, sausages or burgers.
• For best result, never grill pieces thicker than 2 cm.
• Choose lean meat and remove access fat.
• The grill/fry times variates. Test and prolong/shorten the time according to
your own taste.
• Some suggestions of grilling times (preheated plate):
Bacon
ca 3 minutes
Lamb chop
ca 10-15 minutes
Sausage
ca 5 minutes
Tomatoes
ca 5 minutes
You can also grill/fry in the mini pans, place them on the grillplate.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Disconnect the appliance and let the appliance cool.
• The appliance or it´s cord cannot be immersed in water or any other liquid.
• Clean the removable grill plate and the mini pans in hot water, detergent
and with a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive detergents or metal sponges
that can scratch the coating.
• You can also soak the pans in hot water to make them easier to clean.
• Clean the cover with a damp cloth.
• It is very important to keep the appliance clean since it comes in contact
with food.
• Peel the cloves of garlic and press them just before serving.
• Brush and clean the mushrooms. Press lemon juice and they wont become
darken. Slice them just before serving.
• Lay all ingredients on a dish and garnish, demarcate with parsley stems
between the different ingredients.
Disposal of the appliance
Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment must be
collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and electronic equipment
marked with the symbol indicating separate collection of such
equipment must be returned to a municipal waste collection point.
Warranty
Claims according to current law. Cash receipt with purchase date shall be
enclosed with any claims. When raising a claim the appliance must be returned
to the store of purchase.
