Use the ”Pulse” function to avoid that the ingredients are too finely chopped.
Normal cooking time is about 30-60 seconds.
The steel knife is used to chop chocolate, cheese, meat, spices, fruit, and vegetables (e.g.
onions).
Kneading and mixing knife (12)
Put the bowl on the motor part and mount the plastic knife on the driving shaft by pressing
down the accessory holder until it locks onto the driving shaft and then mount the knife. Put
the lid on the bowl as previously described. Set the speed selector at ”2”. Normal cooking
time is about 30-180 seconds.
NOTE:
Add water if the speed is slowing down or the food processor stops during use in
order to avoid that the motor is damaged. Hold on to the lid with one hand during kneading/
mixing and hold on to the grip at the same with the other hand. The kneading/mixing takes
about 30-180 seconds.
After use, set the speed selector back to ”0”. Remove the knife and the accessory holder
from the driving shaft by first lifting the knife out of the accessory holder and then pull the
accessory holder. Now remove the bowl from the motor part by turning it counter-clockwise.
Whisk (13)
Mount the whisk by first positioning the accessory holder on the driving shaft. Then mount
the whisk on the accessory holder. Mount the lid as previously described. Set the speed
selector at “1” or “2”.
The whisk is for whipping egg whites, cream etc.
Disc for grating, carving and French fry cutting (7,8,9,10)
Mount the bowl and the driving shaft on the food processor. Then choose the wanted disc.
Mount the disc in the disc holder (7) with the cutting blade facing upwards and place the disc
holder on the driving shaft. Position the lid on the disc and turn the lid clockwise until it
engages. Set the speed selector at ”1” or ”2”.
The grating and carving disc can be used for cutting potatoes, onions, cucumbers, roots,
apples, and carrots etc.
Pusher (6)
Always use the pusher to push firm ingredients into the hopper.
NEVER
use your fingers, a
spatula or utensils other than the delivered pusher for this purpose. Liquid and small
ingredients can advantageously be added via the hopper.
