Use
Use a hand towel to dry the hair and brush to remove any loose hair strands
before you use the hair dryer. Plug to a wall outlet and choose the wanted
speed and heat by means of the toggle switches on the handle of the hair
dryer. The hair dryer has 2 speeds (the lower toggle switch) and 3 heat levels
(the upper toggle switch). We recommend a high temperature and air flow
if you want a fast drying of the hair or if you just want a short drying before
styling.
Ionizing function
The built-in ionizing function:
- reduces static and electric hair
- makes the hair more shiny
- dries the hair fast
Negative ions deposit around every hair strand and reduce static electricity
and shorten the time of drying, which makes it more gentle. The ionization is
automatically activated when you switch on the appliance.
Cool function
The various settings can be influenced by the cool function (cold air). When
you finish the styling by activating the cool function (keep the circular button
above the temperature button pressed), the hair will be cooled, which gives a
more lasting hairdo. Release the button and the cool function stops. When the
cool function is activated, the rotation speed (the air flow) may increase a little.
Concentrator nozzle
The concentrator nozzle concentrates the air flow, when you want to shape a
hairstyle, e.g. with a barrel brush. Mount the concentrator nozzle with a slight
pressure and you can remove it after use. If you need a fast hair drying, remove
the nozzle and set the hair dryer at strong heat and high air flow.
Hanging loop
The hair dryer has a hanging loop that makes it easy to suspend it after use.
Overheating
The hair dryer comprises an overheating fuse. Overheating may be caused by a
covered air inlet, clogging by hair and dust and if the outlet has been blocked.
In case of overheating the hair dryer switches off automatically. In such case,
switch off the appliance and let it cool. The hair dryer will be ready for use after
a couple of minutes.
Cleaning and maintenance
•
Always unplug before cleaning.
•
Clean the air inlet at regular intervals
.
It is easy to loosen the outer grid.
Next, clean the inner grid with a small brush to remove dust and hair.
Remount the grid and turn clockwise.
