section of hair, and so on. Thanks to the elliptical shape of the heating element,
you can easily vary the volume of the curls by taking thicker or thinner sections
of hair.
With the Curler wand elliptic, you can experiment to see which style suits you.
The styling can, of course, be varied and combined depending on the desired
results. For a more durable result, do not comb or brush your hair until it has
cooled.
Make sure that the hot parts of the tongs do not come into contact with your
scalp, face, neck or hands.
Do not use the tongs on wigs, extensions or artificial hair without testing them
on a small section of hair first to discover if there is a risk of the hair melting.
Always switch off the appliance after use by turning the power button to OFF
and then unplugging the appliance.
Auto-off function
The tongs automatically switch off after around 60 minutes. Please note that
the tongs are not fully switched off until you turn the power button to OFF.
To activate the tongs again, turn the power button to a different temperature
setting. The auto-off function is an extra safety function, but in principle the
appliance should always be unplugged after use.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Always switch off the appliance by turning the power button to OFF and
then unplugging the appliance.
• Allow the appliance to cool down completely on a heat-resistant surface
before cleaning. The appliance reaches very high temperatures when in use,
and therefore takes a long time to cool down completely.
• The appliance and cord must not be immersed in water or other liquids and
must not come into direct contact with water.
• Make sure that water does not get into the casing!
• Wipe off the exterior of the appliance and the heating element with a damp
cloth. Wipe with a dry cloth.
• The cord must not be wrapped around the appliance.
• Make sure that the appliance has cooled completely and is dry before
putting it away.
• Keep the appliance in a safe, dry location out of the reach of children after
use.
Disposal of the appliance
Legislation requires that all electrical and electronic equipment shall be
collected for reuse and recycling. Electrical and electronic equipment
marked with the symbol indicating separate collection of such equipment
must be returned to a municipal waste collection point.
