PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Intended use
HeatUp 25/50/75/100/150/200/250/300, re-
ferred to in the following as "unit", may only be
used as specified in the following:
•
As a thermostat controlled aquarium heater.
•
Operation under observance of the technical
data.
The following restrictions apply to the unit:
•
Only use indoors and for aquaristic purposes
in the home (not for commercial use).
• Only operate with water at a water tempera-
ture of +4 °C to +35 °C.
INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
N O T E
•
Do not switch the unit on until it is immersed
in water.
•
The unit can be completely immersed in wa-
ter.
•
Ensure that the unit is immersed in water at
least up to the minimum immersion depth
marking.
N O T E
The desired water temperature can only be
achieved if the heating capacity of the heater is
suitable for the volume of water in the aquar-
ium (
→
Technical data) and is positioned in an
area with good water circulation.
How to proceed:


Turn the temperature controller to the de-
sired temperature value.
•
Insert the supplied suction cups into the
holder by twisting.

Pay attention to the alignment of the tab
(it should point upwards or to the side).
•
Clamp the holder to the unit.
