Installation
Installation requires pipes with the following nominal widths (pipe diameters):
• AquaMax Eco Titanium 30000: DN 63
• AquaMax Eco Titanium 50000: DN 75
Fitting connections
Fit the appropriate pipe to the inlet and outlet.

How to proceed:


1. Remove the protection cap.
2. For submerged installation, protect the pump inlet against unforeseeable reaching in:
– Screw a contact guard (accessory, article No. 48597) onto the inlet or
– protect the pump chamber against unauthorised access (use a padlock or screws to secure the access).
3. Connecting the pipes (DN 63)
– The position of the pump outlet can be changed. The pump casing can be turned to achieve a different position.

1. Remove the protection cap.
2. For submerged installation, protect the pump inlet against unforeseeable reaching in:
– Screw a contact guard (accessory, article No. 43329) onto the inlet or
– protect the pump chamber against unauthorised access (use a padlock or screws to secure the access).
3. Connecting the pipes (DN 75)
– The position of the pump outlet can be changed. The pump casing can be turned to achieve a different position.
Turning the pump casing to achieve a different position
If necessary, the pump casing can be turned to change the position of the pump outlet by 90°.

How to proceed:

1. Remove both screws from the EGC box on the pump base in order to hinge the box to the side.
2. Undo the screw at the pump base but do not unscrew it completely, then pull off the pump.
3. Remove the four screws and take off the pump casing.
4. Turn the pump casing counterclockwise through 90°, fit it onto the motor and fasten with four screws.
– The pump casing can only be mounted in the two positions indicated.
5. Push the pump onto the pump base and tighten the screw.
6. Hinge the EGC box underneath the pump base and fasten with both screws.

1. Remove the screws and remove the pump from the stand.
2. Remove the four screws and take off the pump casing.
3. Turn the pump casing, place it onto the motor and fasten with the four screws.
4. Place the pump on the stand and fasten with the screws.
