5.8 Testing the installation

5 Software installation

Check if the cluster startup was successful.

Click on "My Visual Computing Cluster". Cluster reservation is successful if the color
of the cluster icons turns from yellow to dark green.

Test InfiniBand functionality.

From the VCA Manager menu, select

Test RDMA Con-

nection

Test Iray Rendering.

From the VCA Manager menu, select

Test Rendering

The test suc-

ceeded if an image appears after about 2 minutes.

The Quadro VCA is now ready for connection from any remote Iray client software.
