3.4  Shelf Manager Cross Connect

The ATCA Backplane provides cross connect traces between the Base Hubs 
and the Shelf Managers according to PICMG Engineering Change Notice 

ECN 3.0-2.0-001. This ECN adds an option for dual 10/100 Base-T links from 
each Base Hub to both dedicated Shelf Manager slots.
