K. Press  the 

  key  to  advance  to  the  Cook  Temperature  setting.  The  Display  will  flash

StPt1

 and the current cook temperature setting.

L. Press

  MENU

  to  edit  the  cook  temperature.  Use  the 

/

  keys  to  adjust  the  cook 

temperature in 1

 increments (to a maximum of 500

) and press

 ENTER

 to lock in the 

new setting. The Display will now flash

 StPt1

 with the new cook temperature setting.

M. Press the 

 key to return to

 PrEHt

. If you are editing a Program in the Cook With Steam 

mode press the 

 key again to return to the Steam setting. The Display will flash

 StM

and the current steam time setting in seconds.

N. Press

 MENU

 to edit the steam time setting. Use the 

/

 keys to adjust the steam time in 

1-second increments (to a maximum of 60 seconds) and press

 ENTER

 to lock in the new 

setting. The Display will now flash

 StM

 and the new steam time setting.

O. Use  the 

  key  to  step  through  the  new  Program  and  check  your  entries  and/or  edits. 

When the Program is complete press

 ENTER

 to lock in the new Program. The Display 

will show your present Program number.

P.

Use  the

  keys  to  choose  your  next  Program  for  entry  or  edit  and  repeat  steps  E 

through M. OR press

 ENTER

 again to return to

 idLE

.

Q. Press

 to select a new mode for Program entry or edit, or begin running a Program 

(refer to 

OPERATING PROCEDURES: MINI–CHEF PROGRAMMABLE CONTROL

If you are editing a Program and do not make an entry for two (2) minutes the Control 
will automatically exit the programming mode and return to

To  exit  the  programming  mode  at  any  time  press

  twice  (or  until  the  Display

To cancel a running Program press and hold

 START

 until the Display returns to

 idLE

Press  and  hold

  while  a  Program  ins  running  to  reveal  the  current  interior 

temperature.

The Control will sound a three-second tone and the Display will show

 rEAdY

 when the 

Oven reaches the programmed preheat temperature and is ready for loading.

The Display will show

 and the Control will sound a continuous beep at the end of 

the programmed cook cycle. Press

 to return the Control to

The Oven will not maintain its temperature while the Control is in

 idLE

. Press

 START

to  preheat  the  Oven  before  loading  the  next  batch  of  product.  With  a  hot  Oven  the 
preheating time is very short.
