For the best results, fluff rice within 30 minutes after cooking is finished. The rice is ready to serve.
It is suggested that the white rice and water relation volume is 1:1. The maximum rice amount is 8
cups.
Using the TIMER function
This function allows you to delay the cooking process on foods like baked potatoes, up to 24 hours in 5
minute increments. However, we do not recommend this with perishable foods like meats, if left at room
temperature for more than 2 hours they could spoil.
You can use the delay time setting with all modes except FRY and
YOGURT/DOUGH
mode.
DO NOT LEAVE PERISHABLE FOODS SUCH AS MEAT, POULTRY, FISH, CHEESE AND DAIRY
PRODUCTS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS (OR MORE THAN 1 HOUR
WHEN THE ROOM TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 90°F).
WHEN COOKING WITH THESE FOODS, DO NOT SET THE TIMER FUNCTION FOR MORE
THAN 1-2 HOURS.
