Can’t Hear Any Ambient 
Sounds 

 

Check hearing aids are fully charged using the Charge Case light 
indications (see “Charge Case Lights Explained”) 

 

Ensure hearing aids are powered on. 

 

Increase the World Volume of the hearing aid in the

 IQbuds app 


 

World Volume will not

Power off the hearing aid and then power on. 

 

Charge the hearing aids in the Charge Case if battery is flat.

Recharge the Charge Case. 

 

Make sure the hearing aid is at room temperature, between 50˚F 
to 104˚F (10˚C to 40˚C). If your hearing aid has been exposed to 
high or low temperatures, let the hearing aid return to room 
temperature and then try charging again.
