The new entry is saved. When TALKS encounters text that matches the original text as defined 
in your entry, TALKS will read out the replacement phrase.

To create a replacement for Braille representation, select 

Add Braille field

because the original text is the same as for speech. 

To edit an entry that you created:

: Select this option to see the entries associated with system messages (such as 

warnings and confirmation messages) and with the status indicators.

: Select this option to see all the entries that you have created.

Make your changes as described in the procedure for creating a new entry (the preceding 

procedure).

If you want to create a new entry that is almost the same as an existing entry, create a duplicate entry and 
then edit it.  

To create a duplicate of an entry:
