Terminal precautions
■ Do not press display surface forcibly, or not operate with a sharp
pointed objects such as nail, ballpoint pen, pin, etc.
May hurt the screen and cause malfunction or damage.
■ Do not use the terminal in extremely hot or cold places.
Use the terminal within a temperature range of 0℃ to 45℃ (However, if
the temperature is 36℃ or more, only temporary use in a bathroom etc.)
and a humidity is 98% or less.
Note that this does not guarantee the continuous use of all functions.
■ The terminal may affect land-line phones, TVs or radios in use
nearby, so use it as far as possible from these appliances.
■ Keep the information that you registered in the terminal separately
by backing up to microSD card, PC, cloud, etc. or noting down.
Note that DOCOMO assumes no responsibility for any loss of saved
data.
■ Do not plug the connector of the external device into the external
connection jack at the slant and pull it while connecting.
May cause malfunction or damage.
■ The terminal could become warm while in use and charging. This
condition is not abnormal. You can continue to use the terminal.
■ Do not leave the camera under direct sunlight.
May cause discoloring or burn-in of materials.
■ Usually, close the docomo nano UIM card/microSD card tray
tightly.
May cause let liquids (drinking water, perspiration, sea water, pet urine,
etc.) or dust and cause malfunction.
■ Do not give a strong impact on the fingerprint sensor or scratch
the surface.
It may cause not only malfunction of the fingerprint sensor but also
disabling authentication.
■ While microSD card is being used, do not take the card out and do
not turn off the terminal.
May cause data loss or malfunction.
■ Do not let magnetic cards or magnetized objects come close to
the terminal.
The magnetic data in cash cards, credit cards, telephone cards, floppy
disks, etc. may be erased.
Putting a strong magnetism close to this terminal might cause false
operation.
■ Do not decorate the terminal with plastic film or stickers.
Various functions that use the proximity sensor may not function
correctly and the terminal may not recharge with the wireless charger.

■ As the internal battery is a consumable product, it is not covered
by the warranty.
The internal battery may swell as battery life gets closer depending
on operating conditions. Even if you sufficiently recharge the terminal
but usage time significantly decreases or the internal battery bulges,
this means that the internal battery needs to be replaced. To replace
the internal battery, contact "Repairs" provided on the last page of this
manual or a repair center specified by DOCOMO.
■ Charge the battery in an environment with the proper ambient
temperature (5℃ to 35℃ ).
■ The operating time of the internal battery varies depending on the
operating environment and the secular degradation of the internal
battery.
■ When storing the terminal, do not store it under the following
conditions as the performance and life of the internal battery may
deteriorate if you do.
• Keeping under the state of the full charge (right after the charging
ends)
• Keeping under the state of empty charge (too exhausted to turn on
the terminal)
Store the internal battery with about 40% battery charge remaining.

Adapter and wireless charger precautions
■ Charge the battery in an environment with the proper ambient
temperature (5℃ to 35℃ ).
■ Do not charge in the following places.
• Places that is very humid, dusty or exposed to strong vibrations
• Near ordinary phone or TV/radio
■ The adapter could become warm while charging. This condition is
not abnormal. You can continue to use the terminal.
■ When using the DC adapter for charging, keep the vehicle engine
running.
The vehicle's battery could become flat.
