Wait until backup is complete and the display reboots
Confirm the
correct configuration of each boiler’s zone
controller (Figure 11-2), then select OK and confirm that
each boiler is set to a unique Boiler Address.

BUS Connection
–
with the power turned off to all boilers, wire the BUS connections of each boiler together in
parallel (i.e., daisy-chained). Make sure to maintain correct polarity of B and T terminals. See Figure 11-1.

Turn Power On to all Boilers

Backup the New PCB Settings to the Display Memory
–
if the PCB settings had previously been
backed up to the display memory, the display will prompt you to back up the new settings, select
“Keep PCB
Boiler Address and Backup the PCB settings to the display memory”
, see Figure 11-4.

an “Unconfigured” message appears on the screen, proceed as described in Figure 11
-5.

Signifies that a Manager is not detected on the BUS, or
that the BUS polarity is reversed; check BUS wiring. If
problem persists, select OK and confirm that one of the
boilers is configured as Manager.
