5.5 EVENT
Chosen models of NOVUS brand got Video Content Analytics (VCA). Number of available func-
tions can be different depends on camera model.
5.5.1 Object Removal
This function realizes secure of missing object or
the appearance of the object. After choose
Enable
Detection
user can switch between two available
options:
Enable Left Detection

after camera recognizes
object left in selected zone occurs alarm
Enable Item Missing Detection –
camera triggers
alarm after object disappear from selected zone
Alarm Out
-
while alarm, camera switches state
of alarm output.
Trigger Snap
-
while alarm, camera makes snap-
shot and saves it on SD card
Trigger Email
-
while alarm, camera sends email
at one of selected addresses, with attach picture
Trigger FTP

while alarm camera sends infor-
mation on FTP
Area
In this tab user can select up to 4 detection are-
as. Only one area can be active at the same
time. To select area, user clicks button
Draw
Area
and then selects from 4 to 6 points on
the screen preview. (camera automatically
connect points with lines after last point is se-
lected). At the end user give name for drawn
area and click
SAVE
button.
