It is added 1 whenever it succeeds in command
reception, and 0 to 255 is repeated. When
command reception is failed, -1 is returned.

Example:
$PERDACK,PERDAPI,-1,PPS*72
PERDAPI,PPS command input is failed.
Notes:
- As for the command, check sum must be effective before ACK is sent.
