5.5.1
USB CONNECTION
On its front panel,
DigiRail Connect
provides a USB port, ideally intended for configuring and diagnosing the monitored process. During installation
of the
NXperience
software, the USB port drivers will be automatically installed. During its first use, you must wait until Windows recognizes the
DigiRail Connect
driver.
The USB port is NOT ISOLATED from the Digital Input and Output circuits and the RS485 port circuit.
Although it can be used in a variety of activities, the USB port is suitable for Process Configuration and
Diagnostics. For the safety of persons and devices, it should be used with care and attention.
