Initial Set-up
Step 2. Assembly
Note: Remove contents from packaging to begin
assembly.
Wiring Instructions
This pressure washer is shipped without a power cord
and is intended to be hard wired into your electrical
system. The following instructions will help you to hard
wire this unit.

WARNING: Make sure to use a dedicated circuit that
includes a GFCI. Consult local electrical code for
connection requirements.
1.
Using a 3/8” wrench, remove the roof and the
front of the electrical housing. (Front panel not
shown for clarity.)
2.
Feed
power cord
through the strain relief nut
on the bottom of the unit into the electrical
housing.
3.
Use wires coming into control box and connect
to existing wires using wire nuts included in
control box for 1571107 & 1571108 only. For
1571109, connect power supply directly to
contactor lugs and grounding terminals. Torque
lugs on contactor to 40lb-in.
4.
Clamp cord in strain relief nut (thru the side of the
control box) by turning nut clockwise.
5.
Re-attach the top of the electrical housing and
the roof.
Rubber Feet Assembly
1.
Install four rubber feet onto base with four 1/4” x
3/4” flange bolts and four flange nuts. Use the
same bolts to install cross members when
installing the rubber feet.
2.
The Hose and Gun Bracket can be bolted to the
mounting surface. Once affixed, use the lag bolts
provided to attach to a supportive surface
suitable for nozzle and pressure hose storage.
