Transmit and receive antennas with solid state relays:
Notes:
(1) The solid state relay can be controlled by DC switching or a Facilities (FAC) cable.
(2) The receive solid state relay must be controlled by a Facilities (FAC) cable.
(3) The main radio FAC cable supplies power to the RF relay. The standby radio FAC cable supplies power and
the control signal. If the FAC cable option is required, both cables must be used.
(4) If the DC switching option is required for the transmit solid state relay, the RF switch control setting must
be enabled on both radios.
(5) When the RF switch control setting is enabled, the radio enforces a minimum 10 ms RF power delay. If a
longer delay is needed, change the RF power delay setting.
