ngage the chainsaw’s
bumper spike for cutting.
Only use the bottom of the bar for
cutting.
Logs up to about

Buck the longer end of the log and
check the stability of the sawbuck
after every cut.
Logs longer than

Start bucking at the
shorter
end of
the log – until the remaining length
to the spike frame is
