Settings: 1 = ON, 0 = OFF, - = NOT APPLICABLE. For S5, set
switches for Short Loop (S/LP). For S6, set switches for Internal Ground
(INT). For S8 and S9, set switches to select Line Test Position (LTP). For
S10, set switches for Short Sleeve (S/SL).
