Use
Attaching the cord and plug
Some of the models are not equipped with
a cord and plug from the factory.
Take a piece of suitable cable (3×1.5 mm2)
of appropriate length. Remove a section of
the outer insulation from each end and strip
the wires.
Gather the wires in a terminal block,
ensuring the phase, neutral and earth wires
for the light and cord match up.
Now fit an impact-resistant plug to the cord
so that can you plug the light into a power
socket indoors or out.
Note!
If the light is to be connected to an
outdoor installation, this must be done by
an authorised electrician!
With mounting
Fit the work light using at least 2 screws.
Check that it is securely fixed.
Plug in and switch on the work light.
With stand or telescopic stand
Place the work light in the required location.
Tilt the work light to the required angle.
Adjust the telescopic stand to the required
height, if necessary.
Plug in and switch on the work light.
With sensor
The work light is equipped with 2 or 3
adjustment buttons, which are located on
the underside of the sensor.
The “SENS” dial (if equipped) is used to
adjust the sensor’s sensitivity to motion.
Turn the dial clockwise to increase motion
sensitivity and anticlockwise to reduce it.
The “TIME” dial is used to set the light’s
illumination time. Turn the dial clockwise
to increase the time and anticlockwise to
reduce it.
The “DAYLIGHT” /”LUX” dial is used to set
the sensor’s light sensitivity, and thus how
dark it must be for the light to come on
automatically. Turn the dial clockwise to
increase light sensitivity and anticlockwise
to reduce it.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wipe the work light regularly with a well-
wrung cloth.
