screwdriver).
e) Water comes out of the circulation
pump between the pump casing and
the motor.
1. During commissioning, water can escape
drop by drop at intervals of approx. 2
minutes. After a few hours of operation,
when the mechanical seal has warmed up,
the dripping stops automatically.
2. If water constantly comes out at this point,
the mechanical seal is defective and must
be replaced.
f) Quartz sand is flushed from the filter
into the tank. 1. Wrong grain size (too fine). Use quartz sand
according to DIN 19623, 0.4

0.8 mm.
2. The nozzle cross in the filter container
damaged. Replace!
3. Vent tube damaged.
Replace!
1. The manometer is defective. Replace! g) Filter pressure at manometer does not

device. 1. Backwash valve - seals defective. Replace!
2. The supply line to the swimming pool is
leaking.
