On the “Settings” screen it is possible to access the “User” menu, the “Admin” menu and the
“Technical Set-up” menu.
The last two are protected by a password.

“User” menu
Here is a summary of the keys featured in the “User” menu.
Language key
Press to go to the language selection screen (see
para. 7.2 “Language selection” screen).
WI-FI key
Press to go to the Wi-Fi connection screen (see
para. 7.3 “Wi-Fi connection” screen).
HACCP Register key
Press to go to the next menu where you can select
“HACCP Register” to view the list of cycles
performed by the appliance, “Export and keep” to
transfer all the data of the HACCP Register to an
external device and “Export and delete” to export
all the data of the HACCP Register to an external
device and delete it from the appliance.
Date and time key
Press to go to the screen where the date and time
can be set.
