SAFETY REGULATIONS
The design and realisation of the appliance are constantly oriented to protect the safety of
the user.
Warning! In order to avoid accidental contact with live parts, suitable
mechanical protections have been applied. These protections can be
removed by specialised technicians only when the appliance is off and by
using tools.
Warning! To prevent accidental contact with the moving parts, the fans of
the condenser and of the evaporator are protected with grids.
As for all electrical appliances, to avoid dangerous situations, the regulations in force must
be complied with while installing and using it.
Disconnect the appliance from the main before performing maintenance.
Do not handle with wet hands or feet.
Do not remove or tamper with the safety and protection devices to perform
routine maintenance interventions.
Do not insert tools or kitchen utensils in the protections of electrical or mechanical
parts.
Do not use mechanical, electronic or chemical devices to accelerate the defrosting
process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not use or insert electrical equipment inside the compartments of the
appliance if they are not of the type expressly authorised by the manufacturer.
Do not keep explosive substances such as spray cans with flammable propellent
inside the appliance.
This appliance can be used by children over the age of 8 and by people with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or with unsuitable experience and
knowledge, only if supervised.
Cleaning and maintenance operations must not be performed by children.
Make sure that children do not play with the appliance, to prevent the risk of
getting trapped and suffocating inside it.
This product may contain fluorinated greenhouse gases covered by the Kyoto
protocol; the refrigerant gas is contained inside a hermetically sealed system.
Refrigerant gas: R404a has a global warming potential (GWP) equal to 3210.
Cyclopentane is used as an expanding agent of insulating foam and it is a
flammable gas. Pay special attention when disposing of it.
