Phoenix installation

Context

If you experience any problems with the service software or suspect that files have been lost, use the repair

function before completely reinstalling

Phoenix

Note:

The original installation package (for example,

phoenix_service_sw_a15_2004_24_7_55.exe

)

must be found on your PC when you run the repair setup.

Steps

1. Open Windows Control Panel

→

Add/Remove Programs .

2. Choose Phoenix Service Software

→

Change/Remove .

3. In the following view, select Repair.
