To lock the keypad

and then the
key within 3 seconds.
While the keypad is locked, the

displayed.
To unlock the keypad

and then the
key within 3 seconds.
Help
Most menu functions are provided with a help text, which gives a brief
description of the displayed function.
To view the help text

Scroll to the menu function about which you want help.

Wait for 10 seconds. The first page of the help text will appear. The text
scrolls automatically. However, if you want to scroll it manually, press the
scroll keys or
More
.

To exit from the help function, press
Back
.
To use the menus
The phone offers a set of menu functions that allow you to tailor the phone to
your particular use. In each menu and submenu, you can check and alter the
settings of functions. The menus and submenus can be entered by scrolling
the menu or using the appropriate shortcuts.
You can access the menu functions even during a call.
To scroll the menus

to scroll the list of menus until you reach the desired
menu.

to enter the menu. If the menu contains any submenus, reach
the one you want with either

. The selection frame is on the current setting.
Note:
When the keypad is locked,
calls may be possible to the
emergency number programmed into
your communicator (e.g. 112 or other
official emergency number).
