Calendar
(Menu 8)
The calendar helps you to keep track
of reminders, calls that you need to
make, meetings, and birthdays. The
phone sounds an alarm tone when
the set date for a birthday, reminder
or a call is reached.
NOTE: Your phone must be
switched on to use this
function. Do not switch on
the phone when the use of a
wireless phone is prohibited
or when it may cause
interference or danger.
1. Select the Calendar menu and
scroll to the desired date.
2. Press
Options
to obtain the
functions below. Scroll to the
desired function and press

View day notes
to view the notes
set for the chosen day. Scroll
through the note(s). Pressing
Options
while in a note allows
access to the following functions.
•
Erase
to delete the note.
•
Edit
to edit the note.
•
Move
to change the date and
time of the note.
•
Send note
to send the note as
a text message (SMS).
•
Send via IR
to copy the note
to another compatible phone
by using the infrared port.
•
Make note
to write a note. You
can choose from the following
types of note:

Reminder
is indicated by

Key in the note and the date
and press
OK

Call
is indicated by
. Key
in the desired phone number,
or recall it from phone book,
and the date when the call
should be made, press

.
Repeat this to set the time at
which the call should be
made.

Meeting

Key in a note and the date of
meeting, press

this to set the time of the
meeting.

Birthday
is indicated by

Key in the person’s name, the
date of birth (include the
year) and press

. The note
and the person’s age will be
shown in every coming year.
NOTE: You can set the phone to
sound a tone in anticipation for a
