MISC – SIGNAL SOURCE
The SIGNAL feature in the MISC sub-menu configures the video signal source for the monitor. To use the
monitor's internal speaker, you must use either an HDMI connection or the 3.5mm audio jack connection - both
connection types can transmit audio to the monitor. When using a VGA connection, you must use the included
3.5mm AUX audio cable to connect to the 3.5mm audio input of the monitor (VGA does not transmit audio to
the monitor by itself). Make sure the audio source playback is configured properly in your computer's operating
system.
a) In the SETUP sub-menu, use the buttons
"DOWN"
or
"UP"
to navigate to SIGNAL SOURCE. Make sure
selection is highlighted (see picture) and press
"MENU"
to confirm selection.
b) Use the buttons
"DOWN"
or
"UP"
to configure the preferred SIGNAL SOURCE input from either
“HDMI” or “VGA.”
c) Press
"GO BACK BUTTON"
once to confirm preferred settings and exit to the MISC sub-menu to begin
the next adjustment or to completely exit out of the On Screen Display by pressing
"GO BACK BUTTON"
