After cleaning/polishing press the OFF button of the torch (
20
) but maintain contact with the surface to allow the
suction system to recover the electrolyte in excess.
In fact pressing the OFF button (
20
) only power supply to electrode and pumping of the electrolyte solution is
interrupted but the intake system of the exceeding liquid remains active for about 5 seconds.
CAUTION:
Intake system of electrolyte solution
If 5 seconds are not sufficient to recover the excess of electrolyte solution it is possible to activate only the intake system:
To activate the aspiration:
hold the OFF button (
20
) on the MIG torch: after 2 seconds the intake system starts.
To turn off the aspiration:
r elease the OFF button (
20
): the stop of aspiration in this case is immediate.
7.3. A
FTER CLEANING
1. Turn off the torch (
20
) and put it on its support (

).
2. Remove the clamp of the ground cable (

) from the workpiece.
VERY IMPORTANT (for optimal results)
3. Remove from workpiece the electrolyte in excess, otherwise it will appear after shortly the white marks due to
fixate these residues on the surface and will need to repeat processing to remove them.
4. Spray the solution Inox Fit (

) on the surface in order to neutralize any residual electrolyte.
5. Wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth dampened with clean water.

Wipe the surface with a dry microfiber cloth.
8. POWER DOWN
1. Rotate the main switch (

) to OFF.
2. Unplug the power cable (

) from the mains.
3. Supply maintenance (

).
