ORKING OPERATIONS
Pay attention
Never put in contact with the metal to be treated the electrodes (24) of the MIG torch (19)
without the appropriate buffers (27).
The pad (
27
) must be always soaked by electrolytic solution (
31
) otherwise its lifetime will be
reduced (replace the special pad whenever it shows remarkable burns or is notably broken).
1. Put the torch (
19
) in contact with welding/surface to clean/polish and press down to ensure contact between the
pad (
27
) and metal.
2. Press the ON button of the torch (
20
) to voltage on graphite electrode (
24
) and activate both the pumping system
and the system of fluid intake.
VERY IMPORTANT
FIRST USE: the hydraulic of the unit must be filled with electrolyte solution (31), therefore, to proceed in the
normal cleaning you must hold down the ON button (20) of the torch (19) maintaining contact with the surface to
be cleaned
.
Start working only when the electrolyte solution (31) emerges from the tip of the torch
.
3. Wait for the release of the electrolyte solution (
31
) from the torch (
19
).
Proceed with processing, pass the pad moistened with electrolyte solution, exerting strong pressure on the
welding and revise until the welding is not clean.
