5 Preparation
WARNING

During work, be sure to wear eye protection, earplugs, a dust mask, and gloves (other than knitted gloves).
z
When replacing or adjusting the Grinding Wheel or parts, be sure to detach the Connecting Hose from the tool.
z
Never touch moving parts while the tool is running.
z
After stopping work, the tip of the grinding tool will continue to rotate for a while.
Never touch moving parts until the tool completely stops.
Attaching the Wheel Guard Ass'y
WARNING

Before replacing the Wheel Guard Ass'y, always turn OFF the Throttle Lever and detach the Connecting Hose
from the tool.

Fit the Wheel Guard Ass'y (

of the main unit (

Use the 6 mm Hex Socket Screw Key (
) to
tighten the bolt (
) to secure the Wheel Guard
Ass'y
Make sure to use the product after attaching the
Wheel Guard Ass'y.
