When you need to regrind cutter, please contact
sales agent through which you have purchased your
machine or an authorized dealer near you.

Check Carbon Brushes for wear periodically.
When the length of Carbon Brushes gets as short
as 8 mm, replace it with a new one, for, if you don’t,
FKDQFHVDUHWKDW\RXҋOOKDYHDUHFWLÀFDWLRQSUREOHP
which may cause machine failure. (Fig.31)
(1) Loosen the tap screws to remove the cap.
(2) Take out the Carbon Brush and replace it with a
new one.
(3) Put the cover on and securely tighten the tap
screws. When tightening the tap screws, see
that the tap screws are screwed in along the
existing screw threads – without cutting new
threads.
(4) After replacement, run the machine with no load
for approx. 10 minutes.
