-If you press Y, the display shows the

Dial the first letter of the desired name.
-To enter a blank (a space), a Q, or a Z,
press 0 (zero). To erase a name, press *.

Dial the digit (1, 2 or 3) that identifies the
desired letter.

Repeat the above two steps for additional

-You can correct a name as you enter it.
Press VOL DN to backspace (erase)
over a character, then enter the correct

-You can preselect a line by pressing a
line key. If you preselect, you must press
INTERCOM instead of DIAL before
