LIMESCALE REMOVAL
- The limescale in the kettle may adversely affect its service life, so remove it regularly depending on how
often you use the kettle.
- For normal use (3 to 5 times a day) we recommend removing limescale:
•
Once per month in areas with hard and very hard water
•
Once every two to three months in areas with soft water and medium hard water
- For limescale removal you can use:
•
8% white vinegar.
(Fill the kettle with 1 liter of water and 1 liter of vinegar. Bring the solution to the
boil and let it stand in the kettle for 2 hours. Then empty the kettle and let it boil clean water 4 to 5
times before using it again.)
•
Citric acid.
(Boil 1 liter of water in the kettle. Add 30 g of citric acid to the boiled water and let the
solution stand for about 30 minutes. Then empty the kettle and let it boil clean water 4 to 5 times
before using it again.)
• Original descaling agents for limescale removal
