Function

D

Water runs under pressure from the
pump through the injector nozzle, where
there is a pressure drop made. Water
also enters the chamber between the by-
pass pistons. Due to a higher pressure
between the pistons than under the

lower piston, the by-pass valve is closed
and the machine runs in working mode.

When the spray gun is closing the flow
shortly stops and the pressure rises.

The opening pressure valve shortly
opens, the pressure on both sides of the
lower piston equalizes and the lower by-
pass piston lifts up and open the by-pass
