BRUSH/PAD-HOLDER/CYLINDRICAL BRUSH DECK DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY (For BA 451, BA 

451D, BA 531, BA 531D)

The machine can be equipped with either the brush/pad-holder deck or the cylindrical brush deck.

Disassembly

Drive the machine on a level floor.

1. 

Remove the brushes/pad-holders, as shown in the User Manual.

2. 

Lower the brush/pad-holder deck by pressing the pedal (11). 

3. 

Remove the cotter pins (B), then remove the gas spring (A).

4. 

Disconnect the brush/pad-holder motor electrical connection (D).

5. 

Remove the screw (E) and disconnect the electrical connection (F).

6. 

Disconnect the solution hose connection (G).

7. 

Remove the screws (C), then remove the brush/pad-holder deck (H).

8. 

Assembly

Assemble the components in the reverse order of disassembly.
